Warranty and registration
Two years on every motor. Register within 30 days and we add another six months.
What the warranty covers
The motor, heating element, control board and sensors against manufacturing defect, for two years from delivery. Registration inside 30 days extends that to 30 months.
Cosmetic wear, drop damage and liquid ingress beyond the rated seal are not covered.
After the warranty
Out-of-warranty service is a flat-rate repair. We publish the price rather than quoting it case by case, because a quote is where repair turns into an upsell.
Registration
Registration needs the order number and the model number printed on the base of the handle. Nothing else.
