Order tracking is not wired up on this demonstration build.
What normally happens here
A tracking link goes out by email the moment a shipping label is scanned, and the same link appears in your account under order history.
This build has no checkout and no order records, so there is nothing for a tracking form to look up.
If a real order has stalled
Write to the support desk with the order number rather than contacting the carrier. We can see more than the public tracking page shows.
