60-day returns
Use it properly before you decide. If it is not for you, the label is on us.
How the trial works
Start a return any time within 60 days of delivery. We email a prepaid label, and the refund goes back to the original payment method once the parcel is scanned in.
There is no restocking fee and we do not ask why. A tool you were talked into keeping is a bad outcome for both of us.
What is not covered
Opened consumables, because a used filter or blade set cannot be resold. Those are covered by the warranty instead.
Damage from drops, liquid ingress beyond the tool rating, or operation on voltage outside the rated input.
