Order and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Standard delivery across the US and Canada runs two to five business days, and every order over $49 ships free.
A tracking link goes out the moment a label is scanned. If the link has not moved in 48 hours, write to us rather than to the carrier and we will chase it.
Returns and the trial
Every tool carries a 60-day home trial. Use it on real mornings. If it is not for you, we send the return label and refund in full, with no restocking fee and no questions about why.
Consumables are returnable unopened. A used filter or blade set cannot be resold, so those are covered by the warranty rather than the trial.
Warranty claims
Register a product within 30 days of delivery and the two-year motor warranty extends by six months. Claims need the order number and a short description of what the tool is doing.
Out-of-warranty service is handled as a flat-rate repair rather than a replacement sale.
Parts and part numbers
Every cutting surface, filter and guard we ship has a part number printed in the manual and listed on the refills page, stocked for ten years from the launch of the tool it fits.
