Where we ship, how fast, and what it costs.
Rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over $49 and a flat rate below that. Expedited options are priced at checkout by destination and weight.
Subscription deliveries ship free at any order value, with no minimum.
Destinations
We ship to all US states and to Canada. We do not ship outside North America, because the mains tools on this site are 120 V units and a travel adapter does not convert voltage.
The dual-voltage travel dryer is the one exception, and it is still only sold into North America for now.
Timing
Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day leave the same day. Standard delivery is two to five business days depending on distance from the fulfilment centre.
